Happy Day Off

Today is my day off, rest & slack till 3+++. Then i went to visit Lucas. Happy to see him again after say like 3 - 4 weeks i think.

He is good very vibrant & energetic... Though while feeding am nearly doze off. Haha.

But though am tired this really make my day, tomorrow am all ready to charge @ work again.

What is life?

I have piles.... Argh, just put in a repository into my anus, ouch!!
Doctor say cannot use force to poo poo.

Reach office today, tummy so pain, rush to the toilet, WOW, i saw the blood was so shock, think think, no my menses just end. Then i faster go back & seat down and think what is that. YES, confirm i think is piles. So went down to see doctor.

NO chilli food
NO heaty food
MORE VEG & FRUITS

Moral of the incident: Do not stress yourself, if no poo, just let it be. =(

See butt so pain now.
