Things dat makes u happy are simple n easily obtainable. IF u r willing to slow down n spend some time looking around. YES i have found it.Previously i walk too fast,to the extend am losing myself. Things that i use to complain n whine seems to be looking so godly n awesomely nice.Have i change? Not sure but i know that currently am really in a tiptop state whereby i can perform well n have an uber clear state of mind.Health wise good to hear that am picking up.
