It's kind of fun to do the impossible.

Well well, yes i did not detox fully, coz i am hungry.So sick, but at least for 2 days, i only eat when it is after 12 NOON, someone told me today, dun VEX over issue that is out of my control, i like it!! Its so true, dun be confuse over things that i cun do anything to it.

Sat & Sun also same okies, Fruit juice in the morning, after 12 light meals ok.

Yeah i am going to take off my braces soon, means $$$ again.

Use to like this book a lot when i am in the childcare, its a very meaningful book that teach children to respect kids and adults with disabilities, and to honor the differences we often make fun of. I love the song, the lyrics and the tune really can make all my children keep quiet , seat down and enjoy the rhythm.
